VPN - redirect to one web page

Hi

I use mikrotik as VPN server for Internet access.
How can I simply rediret (block) single user to only one web page (You not pay bill for this month) ?

Upgrade. Virtually the only use of 2.9.27 is pirated versions, in which case you’ll be hard pressed to find support in a vendor forum.
