Vpn server configeration

Below specification needed

  1. VPNserver will have 25 Public Windows 2008 or Windows 2003 Or Centos
  2. I need need to configure a VPN server so that client can connect using L2TP PPTP/IPsec & SSTP protocol
  3. This client will connect vpn connection using Mikrotik Router RB750 ( 1 or 2 client will be connected to mikrotik Ethernet port) Public from the VPN server has to be allocated to each Ethernet connection
  4. Each ether client has to full get internet access also accessable from public internet

If anyone can help or guide me this senario also I am happy to get paid service

Is the VPN server using RouterOS? It isn’t clear to me if there are 2 routerboards or 1.
