I am trying for days to setup a VPN server on Mikrotik RB433. I have succeeded to create the VPN server but I cannot make it work correctly. What I mean is:
I have the DSL router connected on ether1 with static ip 10.x.x.10 / 27
I gave to the vpn server local-address 10.x.x.14
I gave to the vpn server remote-address 10.x.x.15
I’ve create a user id and password on VPN server.
I make a successful connection to the VPN server, with Windows. The Windows client gets the above remote ip, but with another subnet (I do not know why).
In order to give Internet access to Windows client, I must give as gateway and as DNS the ip of the DSL router, am I correct? If yes, I cannot give Windows client internet access.
