VPN server on mirkotik , can it change the public IP ?

if i install a VPN server on my RB will it hide the public ip of mine when the users connect to my RB ?

If you have an public ip through you are participating in the Internet, you cannot absolutely hide it because otherwise you would loose the connection. You can just send the traffic somewhere (by some kind of tunnel) and masquerade it there to pretend for the rest of the world to be somewhere else.

can you give me a hint about how to do that ??
i just want that my client cant see my public ip or when they search in google it will appear to be different country, can i do that ?

You can sign up with VPN service in desired country, set up VPN client on your RB and then route all traffic there. Public IP will be the one of VPN service. But I fail to see the point of this.
