VPN Solution

Hi,
I apologize if this is not allowed, however if it is then great.

I have a scenario where I would like to achieve the following and am looking at advice on how I should go about it if it is possible:

Property 1 overseas has Fiber broadband with Broadband providers router / AP.
Property 2 we live in and have MT routerboard installed also on Fiber.

We would like to ship over to property 1 a preconfigured MT router that will be placed on the LAN side of the onsite router - obtain an IP address locally and then setup a tunnel to property 2.
Property 1 would also be sent a VOIP video phone that will connect to the IP PBX across the tunnel.
Property 2 would need to be able to browse the internet from Property 1 point of presence and also administer any local LAN side camera’s and phone.
If possible I would like to include MAC - MAC authentication in addition to other means to keep everything secure

Many thanks for any advice or assistance.

Classical VPN standard scenario which should work without any problems in all well known VPN protocols like SSL, IPsec etc.
So where is the question here ??

Yes, wireguard can do this for example.

The only unknown is whether or not IP PBX (voip) works well over a wireguard tunnel.
The other alternative depending upon router model is zerotier connectivity which would be an alternate solution to the IP PBX voip issue if not possible on wireguard.
