VPN to VLAN Rules Problem

Hi Experts,

I have a scenario where i have two Mikrotik Routers and one D-link Managed Switch. I have done 4 WAN load balancing on Core router and its local Port connected to another router which is also a Mikrotik router. I have created VLANs on the 2nd router and want to connect l2tp VPN from core router to one of the VLANs subnet on 2nd router. Need help if someone can guide me through.

Maybe draw us a picture of what your network looks like?

If the two routers are directly connected what is the reason for the VPN? Worried about security over the link directly connecting them?
