VPN Tunnel - selectively connecting devices

Hello,
Again I, this time with a different problem.
I would like to put a VPN tunnel between two points.
However, I would like to client side, not all devices united by VPN.
VOIP phones were to connect directly.
There is a possibility to pratformie Mikrotik?
Is it enough to play with static routing?

Server OVPN - Debian Linux
Client - a platform mikrotik

If the VOIP phones were on a different IP range than everything else, you could simply add a filter on the firewall to deny all traffic except the VOIP range.
