I have set a vpn server with l2tp and with a dinamic ip given by my isp, i registered the domain in changeip. When i try to set the vpn client , in connect-to i set the domain and automatically turns to numbers,user and pass, and the link works great.
But i Know when the link will down, i must to set again.
Is there a way to use the name instead of the numbers???

and connect-to is this the same that server-address in L2tp-client???

yes, replace that hostname with the dns name that you wish to use in l2tp-client. it will resolve that and convert to an IP when its changed.
