VPN with Dedicated Server

Hello Guys,
I have something in mind, to take a Dedicated Server in the US, specifically from a company who would provide me a Linux box with 16 dedicated IPs. I have already talked with providers and they said they will provide me with the Box and allocate the IPs with it.

What I am trying to accomplish is to sell VPN encrypted BW to some of my clients. I will use a Mikrotik 3.30 at my end to control and allocate BW to my clients. I want to give my clients directly the real IP, and control the BW I provide to him. I heard that this can be done using bridges and PPTP, but I am not so technically sound about it.

Lets say the dedicated server provider gives me 216.127.XXX.XXX/28 .. and one of them will be used at the Linux box for my access. Another one I will use at my Mikrotik for access from anywhere, and the rest IP’s I want to give to my clients and control BW using simple queue or anything else suitable. I know I may have to install a PPTP Server at the Linux box which I can do, but what should I do at the Mikrotik ?? Please also be informed that I have a Real dedicated IP from my local ISP for connectivity (XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX)

Regards,
Saiful
