You may want to give a bit more info on what you want to do, how your current config is, what devices you have in your network, …
It increases your chance of getting relevant responses.
Currently the info you provide is … rather thin.

I want to configure a Load balancer with dynamic IP
Please describe the requirements
a. identify user(s)/device(s), groups of users and devices
b. identify what traffic flow they should be able to accomplish.
c. draw a network diagram to show the equipment involved, the ISP connection(s), and where you want subnets to go.
Again your questions are vague and not clear … MT devices have their own DYNDNS available through IP Cloud. You can use any DYNDNS provider to point at your WANIP as well.
For the second and last time,
a. identify all the users/devices or groups of users and devices, including you the admin
b. identfiy all the traffic needs for the above entities → what traffic flows must they be able to accomplish
c. provide a network diagram that shows the equipment involved the ISPs connection and subnets etc…
Asking vague questions one at a time, will get you no where fast…
