I’ve got an RB2011 that has been working with 2 VRF’s for months. The other night the client reported that although they can ping the internet through the router, they can’t browse. After hours of troubleshooting and upgrading the router to the latest long term release, I eventually tried removing the interface and routes out of the VRF and into the main VRF. This immediately solved the issue.
The other VRF was working fine until 2 days ago and is now doing the same. Problem is I can’t mix the traffic for those 2, i.e I can’t put those interfaces into main as well, as it’s 2 completely seperate businesses behind the same router with their own breakouts and internal networks.
Has anyone come across this before? I’m at the point where I just feel like replacing the router and seeing how that goes.
