I run into problem with PPTP setup with address pool from LAN subnet on VRRP router, situation is like following
When ever connection is established remote client is unable to reach any workstation in LAN, quick workaround is to remove local route on target workstation e.g. 192.168.0.0/24 which is routed to local interface and to add route 192.168.0.0/24 with VRRP-LAN interface as gateway.
We have two routers in VRRP, arp is enabled on virtual and physical interfaces
VRRP-LAN interface address is 192.168.0.1/24
PPTP profile configuration:
1 name=“vpn-pptp” local-address=192.168.0.40
remote-address=vpn-pool-remote use-compression=default
use-vj-compression=default use-encryption=yes only-one=default
change-tcp-mss=yes dns-server=192.168.0.111
vpn-pool-remote 192.168.0.41 - 192.168.0.60
