I have two CCR1016 routers running VRRP and the standby router is not syncing up with the NTP server. Both routers use the same NTP server, have the same rOS (6.10), and both see the NTP server packets coming in on their interface. The SNTP client on the standby router is showing “bad packet length” for the reason it’s out of sync. I look at the packet captures and everything looks exactly identical to the packets that the primary router is receiving. When I tested this set up at home, everything work as expected. The only difference was my 2 home routers were running rOS 6.27. Any help would be much appreciated.
