WAN port doesn't work

Hi!
First of all exuse for my bad language. I hope you can unterstand me.
I have hap ac router. After some tech problems on my internet provider WAN port on my router can’t receive packets. Then i plug the cable in other port i can see income packets, but internet does’t work (because i don’t now how to change bridge configuration).
Does provider problems occurred this error? It’s software or physical issue? How can i fix it?
Thanks for advice!

Do you have a link on your WAN port? How exactly do you connect to your ISP?

I think i have a link cause led 1 on the router is blinking. I have a static ip wich router receives from ISP DHCP.

Does your device have default configuration? When you plug in ethernet cable in ether1 interface, which LEDs are on/blinking?

Do you have a route 0.0.0.0/0 in IP - Routes? Can you ping 8.8.8.8 from terminal?

I think yes, there is only some port forwarding, Blinks LED1.

1.No 2. No

Write to the terminal “/interface print” and post the output.

Ether1 not running (not connect cable).
Ether1 is default port for ISP cable, if the default configuration is used.

This is bad because internet works well ( I connected cable directly to notebook and changed MAC on ISP side).
ether1 was port for ISP, I did’t change it.
It’s a software problem? Will it help if I reset router to the default setting?

Reset it to defaults, then it should work, then update software and reset it to defaults again.

I did it, but there is still no connection (link) on ether1 :frowning: I think the router is defective. Unfortunately it’s my second(!) defective hap ac - first one was with broken wifi…
I installed my old hap lite - it works well.
Thanks for all advices!

What RouterOS and firmware version do you have on hAP?

I have RouterOS v6.42.6 (stable)
