Hi guys!
I was playing around with my new CRS125-24G v6.15 and locked myself out so I did a config reset using the LCD.
Before the reset I had
ether1-gateway
ether2-master-local with all other ports as slaves
After the reset I have
ether1-master-local with all other ports as slaves
but no -gateway
Tried doing QuickSet but still can’t get back to the state of config that I had when I opened the box.
Quickset>
Internet: automatic
Local network: 192.168.88.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
NAT: Ticked
Then I hit Apply Configuration.
My ping to 192.168.88.1 drops immediately from my laptop and I can’t get back into the CRS. On the LCD 192.168.88.1 is displayed for local IP and ether1.
Only way to get back into the router is to do another reset and don’t do Quickset
Is this normal/expected? How can I get my -gateway back with default firewall config, etc?
