howdy all
i have a 100mbps down 40mbps up fibre connection from my isp with a simple NTD at the moment i have a edgerouter lite with pppoe wan set to eth1 and then lan set to eth2 it goes to a simple unmanaged 24 port gigabit switch witch seems to work fine i have just bought a RB2011UiAS-RM now i know that this router is alot more complex then my old router but when i get it will it be as easy as taking it from the box plugging it in and using the web gui or winbox to set eth1 as the wan port with pppoe on it and dchp dynamic ip and have to bridge the connection out onto say eth2 and back into the simple switch ? ive watched some guides and scrached my head i know that when i get the router ill put my head into it more but does anyone know the simple route to apply the above settings with this router for a mikrotik noob
