I need help resolving loss of internet access after my PPPoE DHCP was changed to Static/Fixed IP.

MT ROS: v5.0 on x86 2 NIC’s

x.x.x.64 reserved (I assume it the remote gateway)
x.x.x.65 (Dude Server) working fine
x.x.x.66 (RADIUS/AAA) not set up yet
x.x.x.67 (Unassigned)
x.x.x.68 (Unassigned)
x.x.x.69 (MT ROS 5.0 on ether1)
x.x.x.70 (Gateway)
x.x.x.71 (Broadcast)
68.94.156.1 and 68.94.157.1 are the DNS servers

My PC connected to ether2 is receiving:

from the DHCP services of the MT. I do not however get the MT hotspot login page.
I am completely missing something simple, please help.
