Want to transfer packets for specific device through selected WAN from multiple WAN

Hello,
i’m currently using RB4011iGS. I have three different internet connection from different ISP’s (EG - ISP A, ISP B, ISP C)and all are connected with the multiple WAN load balance system settings.

I have 3 different devices (EG - Device 01 , Device 02 , Device 03)

now i want to select each device and let them use my selected internet service. the rest of the devices will use normal load balance system.
EG:

Device 01 will use the internet of ISP A (ethr01)
Device 02 will use the internet of ISP C (ethr03)
Device 03 will use the internet of ISP B (ethr02)

if anyone suggest me the lines i have to add to create the rules, it would be an honorable help for me…

Add these at the top of the rules but below the WAN rules (marks for incoming connections through WAN)
