Wanted to Hire - Mikrotik Expert That Can Setup IPTV To Work

I am lost, and tried everything it seems that I read on this forum, saw onyoutube.

IGMP Proxy.
Firewall rules for IGMP / UDP etc

still the IPTV doesn’t work.

That’s why I would be very much interested in hiring a pro mikrotik expert that knows how to use torch and other analisys tools of mikrotik to find out why the iptv isn’t working, and fix it.
