wAP AC: Every update fails

Hello,

every time I update a specific wAP AC, the update fails.
After the Update the device keeps rebooting (LEDs blinking like reboot)
I have to restore the device after every Update with netinstall.

Could this be defective Hardware ?

Did you update routerboot too?

Yes, I upgrade the Firmware after every Package Upgrade.

Yesterday I installed the Package Upgrade 6.42.3, with RouterBOOT Firmware 6.41.3 and the Upgrade failed.

After restore with NetInstall everything was fine.

Failed means, it does come back with old ROS
or
does it mean you need to net install?

What storage space does the router report?
Mine has only 3.7MB free after upgrade to 6.42.3.

As you can see in the screenshot, there are around 5 mb free storage.
