Does the WAP AC LTE have poe out on the second ethernet?
Had you checked product page, you’d see lack of any PoEout information. As vendors normally make sure to mention all the features of certain product, this highly likely means that this device doesn’t support any kind of PoEout. In product brochure (available in Support&Downloads section of linked page) there’s a photograph of device with all ports shown and labeling of ether port 1 shows PoEin label, nothing such for port ether 2 …
