Hi all,
Has anyone else had a problem updating to 6.39.1? I have just bricked two units - the first one was put into CAP mode, added to the CAPsMAN, updated using the CAPsMAN update feature and now its toast - NO NETINSTALL, done.
The second one I updated via NETINSTALL, reboot then nothing. Was able to get unit to present to NETINSTALL again.
Installed again with NETINSTALL, now its not visible to Winbox and not visible to NETINSTALL.
I’ve got twenty more to setup however I have 2 hours down just trying to install RouterOS. Is there an issue with the hardware?
Update, I had another issue with NETINSTALL (v 6.39.1).
A third unit was updated to v6.38.5 and went unresponsive.
Multiple reboots later unit appeared dead.
Put unit into CAP mode. Unit came up in CAPsMAN. Update to 6.39.1 via winbox and it works now.
I doubt this will work on the other two but I’ll try it.
