It looks like I have misbehaving wAP ax. After power cycle it disappeared both from ethernet and wireless networks. I tried to reset configuration according to manual - keep reset pressed while powering device till USR LED starts blinking. But that did not help. The Ethernet 2 port is not activated and "MikroTik-" wireless network does not appear. URS LED behavior is strange. After powering up it goes ON for ~20 seconds, then OFF for ~15 seconds. Then cycle repeats. The Power LED dims for few seconds every time USR goes from OFF to ON.

But I wonder why it happened. Such device is not supposed to be bricked by power cycle. Such events should be part of its usual working mode. Especially this one designed to be used in outdoor environment and powered through PoE. The critical part of firmware+configuration should be typically stored in read-only blocks. Was it due to some misconfiguration from my side?
Yes, It should be not affected by power cycling It and no, it cannot be your configuration.
What you experienced should never happen, in the worst case (something in your configuration or some rare cases of accidentally pressing the reset button or similar) It may loose configuration at the most.
If It doesn't happen again the episode can IMHO be classified as voodoo or as "sh*t happens", if It does, It might mean a hardware defect of some kind.
