wAP cant connect

helo
i have new wAP, i power it up, but cant head SSID MikroTik, only hear my flat neighbours,
at first all leds are lighting and then AP and 2GHz blanks and only PWR and ETH are blinking,
i tried to reset but no help
oh eth i hear only

in tcpdump, on MAC which is on box

now i have upgraded it with netinstall, see it as a neighbour, and that’s all, mac telnet says timeout, brick!

PS: got it today on MUM as a present..
