Hi. I was wondering if the new wAP can be managed by capsman in router os.
Yes, they work fine with CAPsMAN. I got two of the new wAP ACs late last week and used the ‘reset’ button method to enable CAPs on them. It worked, but here’s a heads-up - The 2.4GHz radio does not get added to the list of interfaces in CAPs that are available to be configured by CAPsMAN. You have to manually login and add it yourself. I also upgraded to the new wireless-rep package at the same time as doing this.
Brilliant little devices those wAP ACs are.
