Hello all! does somebody know if with two wAP LoRa9 kit is possible to make a slow full bridged IP link trough lora between those two LoRa wAPs?

No it is not possible. LoRa9 card with wAP acts as packet forwarder - it receives LoRaWAN frame via radio and sends it to LoRa server, receives packet from LoRa server and sends out LoRaWAN frame via radio.
LoRaWAN is a completely different protocol, unrelated to IP or Ethernet. To make it even worse, rules for the 867 MHz ISM band allow only very low duty cycles. So it’s only appropiate for very low rate transmissions from equipment such as temperature sensors, etc.
In data rate it’s even slower than ISDN, of course not full duplex and actually it is designed for mostly simplex operation (sensor to network) with a provision for very little information transmission from network to device. Mostly ACKs and some protocol indications, like change modulation scheme, etc.
So no, not suitable for your application at all. It’s excellent for other purposes of course.
