WAP LR8 external antena ROS configuraton

Hello guys,
I didn’t find anywhere in the Mikrotik wiki or other documentation, instructions for configuring WAP LR8 to, use an external Lora antenna. Also, there is no option in winbox GUI for doing that.
Well, with using double tab :slight_smile: , I found command

 lora set antenna=MMCX

I think this is the correct way to configure the device using an external Lora antenna, or am I wrong?
Btw: it would be nice if this would be somewhere documented or could be done in winbox GUI.

To use an external antenna you need to physically connect the MiniPCIe LR chip with a UFL connector to the SMA slot, as per the guide at:
https://help.mikrotik.com/docs/display/ROS/Step+by+step+installation
There is no need for the additional settings - just physically connecting it will make it work.
