I’m new in the forum and this is the first time that I’m using Mikrotik products. I have the wAP LTE kit and I want configure it as hotspot. I followed the steps present in here: https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:IP/Hotspot where the hotspot inferface selected was ether1 (I never can select the lte why?) and at the end gives the error: failure: setup failed to setup dhcp server: failed to add DHCP server: can not run on slave interface (6). How can I fix this problem?
I tried resolve the problem creating a new VLAN and/or WLAN, where the interface was ether1, and in this case was created a new wifi network (my hotspot) but the when I tried to connect to this network gives that I’m connected but no internet. I also followed this resolution, http://forum.mikrotik.com/t/hotspot-on-wifi-interface/102746/1 but doesn’t work.
Does anyone knows the right steps that I have to take to create an hotspot? How can I put the wAP LTE kit works as hotspot (using the lte card or the ethernet)?
