WAP LTE kit remote update modem firmware issue

Good day Everyone!
I have more then 20 WAP LTE kit (setups on TUGs near Black Sea)
with Kyivstar Mobile operator.
LTE and 3G works pretty well, until recently…
On ROS 6.44.6 LTE connection disapper and wan’t establish again on many routers I have
Testing on some previos versions samr result,
mobile operator says that everything is ok with the sim card and they’re not blocking anything

I read that need to update the modem firmware version , but how to do it if the modem is not in operating mode

Is there any other possibility to update the modem firmware remotely?

This modem can be upgraded only by itself lte1 connection.
You must provide any other sim card who start working with this device.

Please be sure you not setup some roaming, select wrong operator name, wrong apn… who can give you this danied status.
