wAP / Use the router DHCP?

Hi,

I have this wAP AC in “home ap dual” but I not need the routing or firewall. I just want my RB3011 to make DHCP and rout like AP WISP mode.

I have used CAPsMAN but I will test standalone, its only one ap

I’m guessing you just ended up bridging wlan1 wlan2 and ether1 and turned of DHCP?

Yes, I don’t need the DHCP-server in the wAP. I need the RB3011 as DHCP router. I tried to turn off DHCP in Quick Set, and then the wAP does not work.
Shall I bridge the wAP in some certain way and the turn off DHCP?

Bridge wlan and eth0. Put wlan in ap-bridge. It should work. No firewall rules.

… There is ether1, not eth0 in ros…
