warning DHCP offering lease without success

Two lines from log file

dhcp, warning DHCP offering lease 10.9.222.221 for 90:5F:2E:EE:4C:B7 without success
dhcp, warning DHCP offering lease 10.9.222.217 for 00:0F:04:B3:72:06 to 00:27:22:0E:4B:96 without success

The first one : for some reason the client didn’t get the offered ip address
The second one???
Means that the real client is 00:0F:04:B3:72:06 but connects through 00:27:22:0E:4B:96???

Maybe the second one is connected via a wireless “station-pseudobridge” link, which means the NAT for MAC addresses?
