Warning Noob Ahead

Hi All,

Decided to tinker around with 3CX and my new Mikrotik. I seem to however hit a stumbling block and have run out of coffee to keep my brain sane at this point.

I have an issue where the 3CX Firewall Check tool fails the SIP Server test. Under Firewall>Service Ports I have disabled SIP. I have entered all firewall rules as per the 3CX training material. I think I may have found the issue, I need to add my WAN to the interface NAT rules, but have no idea how to go about doing this.

Is there anyone who may be able to help break it down to me so that I understand whats going on instead of just using the “copy paste” method.

Thanks in advance

Do you mean setup a nat rule?
/ip firewall nat add action=src-nat chain=srcnat out-interface-list=WAN to-addresses=YOUR PUBLIC IP
