Watchdog - script to reset vlans on invalid IP's

We operate a fully bridged network and 80% MT. Our bridged network uses 2 vlans on each MT. One is for Management the other is for Internet.

For no explainable reason occassionaly the management IP and Internet IP get marked INVALID (I) on random client units.
We have to login to the AP and MAC telnet into the CPE THEN we disable and enable the vlans. (Time consuming) Is there a way to Detect that the ip’s have been marked invalid and have the watchdog timer executed the disabling and enabling of the vlans. Below is what we run…

We use versions 3.2 to 3.24. The issue happens on ALL versions… I have tried upgrading an AP and all clients on it to the same version but the same issue occurs… very random… seems to happen especially when a bad thunderstorm rolls through our region. I have over 800 client units on RB133 and 411’s, so I’m not willing to upgrade my entire network at this point.
