i have an AP-brige(dynamic WDS) <–jober tech me this, big thanks to him
so from beging
(AP-brige-WDS dynamic)------->7.4km <-------(station WDS)
the main point it has the hole thinks "hotspot, AP etc
the secondry one just acting as AP-client
1.How can i make the station WDS to act as repeater? (now its just brige the wirless to the LAN
2.in the main AP once there is dynamic WDS i have to create for it ip address DHCP- server hotspot server, ““IS THERE ANY MOTHED THAT I CAN LET THE DYNAMIC WDS USING MY EXUSTING NETWORK ON WLAN INTERFACE””
how can i access to the WDS station i can see it from winbox but i cant access " its a hotspot enabled interface
Have you tryrd changing the statio-wds unit to AP-bridge with WDS then add the WDS and ether1 to the bridge.
I’m not 100% sure what your trying to do but this way you can have hotspot and the traffic will pass to the ether1 port on the old station-wds unit to the customer thats on that connected to the ether port.
To reach the remote unit you can give it an IP from your local network as you should have on your local AP unit. It’s all one big bridge so they should all see each other.
If the hotspot is blocking the remotes traffic you can creat a tunnel from the local AP lan side to the remote AP lan side.
I’ve seen it a lot of time when I have a MT plugged into a PC that winbox would show the MT but it would not connect to the MAC address, But as soon as I put the same subnets IP into my PC it works.
