Hi guys,
I want to make a WIFI network in my city to connect every user with a laptop PC or mobile phones to make it like roaming to move from an AP to another AP and not to be disconnected. The cove range is about 3 km, what types of antennas do I need and how to configure them. I really just need to know how to configure them with Mikrotik OS.

You can not do this with Mikrotik as there is no implementation for a centralized controller, hence no hand off from one AP to the next when client is mobile. Mikrotik has some really great wireless solutions, unless you need to do WiFi. Ruckus Wireless AP’s back hauled by mikrotik wireless to the ruckus zone controller works very well
