WDS on 2.4 brg to AP wlan/wds interface stops passing IP traffic but stays connected via RF
This happens once in a while on 5.8 but mainly on 2.4 AP which is also handling CPE connections.
This is the same type of problem we had several years ago with APs dropping clients out of the blue and not allowing them to reconnect - just a different flavor.
Any ideas??
I’m using exclusively XR2 and XR/SR5 radios with RB MT AP and Deliberant \ Zcomax CPE - the problem shows with ONLY the RB MT BH solutions.
OK guys - since no one had a comment here.
And since I was getting desperate - I decided to recheck all connections from the client side of the bridge backhauls.
This is what I found - I have never seen this and it it only visible running a scan from the the edge towers.
BTW - once I had rebuilt the wlan from scratch - the problem was resolved
I am not able to see the same issue with other cpe - only MT - but if the corruption is on any interface - 2.4 or 5.8 - it causes the entire board to function erratically.
