I’m completely new to RouterOS so excuse my lack of knowledge on its setup.
Basically I’ve managed to get ROS (2.9.23 level 4) running on a CF card in a pcengines.ch WRAP board. It also has a senao wireless card (EMP-8602 PLUS, 400mW…it’s new model).
We already have a network in place with a simmilar setup, only the wireless cards are Ubiquiti SR2’s and each of the WDS nodes is running IkarusOS.
In IkarusOS it is fairly straightforward to turn the card onto WDS mode, enable WEP-128 and add the Nodes you’d like it to connect too. But due to stability issues of IkarusOS, I’ve decided to test out ROS. What I’m trying to do is wireless connect this box in to the rest of the network in the same way via WDS.
Unfortunatly I can’t seem to find any specific information on doing this.
If anyone could please give me any help regarding this, it would be much appreciated!
