WDS ...simple question

would the RB which as used as WDS node acts like any other kind of repeater ?
I mean without routing , natting , etc .. or it should be routing and doing the same as any router ..
the point is : i want to make WDS and I want to use RB as nodes , completly RB WDS setup , and i want the clients connecting as they were in my previous setup ( static DHCP from the MT box ) ..
or there is an advantage of making the RB ( the nodes) doing some routing things and i dont know about it ..

current setup : clients <=> standalone AP <—> MT box (DHCP , NAT , masqurade , proxy , firewall ).

What is wrong with your current setup? What doesn’t it do that you want it to do?

its fine right now , great , but i just want to extend my coverage area , and i want to install repeaters , so i think WDS will be a good solution instead of ordinary repeaters also i think if i install RB and making the complete system is MT in addition to my main MT box will be great and easy to management and control ..
