I want connect five remote nodes to my backbone. Till now I’ve used point to multipoint for this task (in IkarusOS). I think that WDS possibilities in routerOS are amazing, so I’ve decided to use it.
Each remote node will be based in a RB532+RB502 boards, with one radio exclusively for WDS between nodes and two additional radios to serve the clients (one in 2.4Ghz and other in 5Ghz).
Do you think that is the smart way?
With OSPF, can I benefit from the advantages of meshed infraestructures?
