We have a 2Km link bridge between our offices, weather is very bad, like rainy/fog
Will this affect our speed issues..and connectivity?
Using Nano stations 2.4Ghz.

It depends on your signal strength, fresnel zone, etc.
I’ve got a few 2.4GHz customers that are a half mile from my tower, -70 signal, they have issues when it rains.
Thankfully that installer doesn’t work here anymore. I have to move several like that.
