plz i need to deny a range of ip (192.168.0.50 to 192.168.100) from downloading .EXE so how i can make it in 1 rule in web proxy access list?

am have probblem with web cache,like if i enable web cache for two days it work fine and after two day the network get slow than even i did not any web cache pl what did do to reset the web cache automatic intead of disable and enable back thanks

there is no example on how i can ban a range of ip. there is just an example for all ur network or 1 ip. i want to know how i can ban in one rule all ip from (192.168.0.5 to 192.168.0.50) from downloading mp3.
