WEB PROXY - again...

I have a MT 2.9.50 proxy enabled on 40GB HDD, 512RAM, Pentium IV but i’m wondering why it doesn’t used up the whole HDD space, show on mrtg it only uses 29.8Mib.

Here is my proxy setting, i see the “reserved for cache” is only upto 30MB, how to change that?

                 enabled: yes
             src-address: 0.0.0.0
                    port: 8080
                hostname: "proxy"
       transparent-proxy: yes
            parent-proxy: 0.0.0.0:0
     cache-administrator: "apricot@invasion.net"
         max-object-size: 40960KiB
             cache-drive: system
          max-cache-size: unlimited
      max-ram-cache-size: unlimited
                  status: running
      reserved-for-cache: 30736384KiB
  reserved-for-ram-cache: 2048KiB

How good is V3 proxy compares to V2.9?

thx Guys

web proxy in ver 2.9 calculate computers RAM and HDD for the max-cache-size and in ver 2.9 you can only use upto 1 GB of ram. web proxy of ver 3 is much better from ver 2.9. I think ver 3 support max 120 GB HDD and it’s a big one. web proxy is better in ver 3 I think and still using :sunglasses:

Thanks
