Hi, it’s me again! This time, I need to ask about how the web-proxy thingie works.
I don’t need caching, though I don’t mind tossing a Gig of ram for the task.
My question is, while testing the web-proxy thingie, the system had over 2500 sector writes in less than 2 hours. Is this normal, or is it related to the web-proxy service?
I ask, because I’m running from a CF card, and really don’t want MT to constantly writing things. In fact, is there a way to keep MT from writing ANYTHING to the card unless I explicitly tell it to save the configuration (or an auto-save on a reboot)?
Thanks,
