My Mikrotik router loading from CF Flash disk.
Whether I web proxy can place a cache in RAM?
How it to make?
To do cach you need to have a real harddisk in place. You cannot do that with a CF drive. Refer to: http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.8/ip/dnscache

I think you mean this link:
http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.8/ip/webproxy
as to answer the question - no, you cannot store all cache in RAM, you will have to use HDD
Soo if I have a flash module in my MT router, How can I install an HDD or what config do I have to do so I can store the cache on the HDD. Or do I have to use a new HDD with a router OS software.

you can use an additional HDD for this or use the same one if you have space. how to set it up you can read in the manual:
http://www.mikrotik.com/docs/ros/2.8/ip/webproxy.content#7.53.2
Thank you normis for the info.
