I have a problem ..
I would like to change the error page display que is displayed for each website blocked by my web proxy.
I can not import the file called error.xml into Files.list.
I am unable to drag the file named error.xml into the webproxy 1
What can I do to import this file into the mikrotik?

No one knows how to fix this?
Go to the proxy setting and click reset HTML this will generate default error.html in files after that just replace with your own.
You will see reset will make folder webproxy used for error html, web-proxy1 if I remember correctly is using for web proxy cache check but you can check in proxy settings.
