Web Proxy for Specific Destinations

Hello All,

I have a public Mikrotik Router OS with a Valid IP, and I want to make it like a proxy for my users around the world.

My users must have use the proxy address and assigned port(example: 3128) to reach only into Specific IP(s) like xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx for their purpose and I don’t want them to be able to use the proxy to access any other destination.

Is this can be done with my Mikrotik VPS? if yes, please assist and help me what should I do. I am familiar a little with mikrotik OS.

Seems that you have to set proxy in certain software.
Other way if you “global” proxy for clients OS and restrict access on CHR, your clients will have access only to one IP
