Does anybody know if MT ver 3.17 has web proxy service?

I’ve downloaded the iso image of ver 3.17 but there is no web proxy service included. I urgently need to use the ver 3.17 web proxy service as a better alternative to the ver 2.9.50 I’ve been using. someone out there to help.

I’ve installed the 24hrs trial of ver 3.17, I still can’t find the web proxy in the system package. Kindly point the way out for me on locating and or enabling web proxy in ver 3.17.
