Web proxy + microsoft update, and antivirus update

Hi

Can the webproxy be configured to hold specified files ( like windows updates, antivirus updates etc. )

AFAIK - no.

you have to configure special Microsoft Server extension to manage updates.

Mikrotik Proxy only cached http transfer at its current state, so if it is http transfer, then it will be cached.
