I have RB1100AHx4,I installed new 128GB SSD in.Please help me how I enable web proxy on SSD drive.
You need to first format the drive, (System > Disks), then set the folder is it mounted on on IP > Web Proxy (last parameter field, Cache Path).
For temporary basis my main router is RB2011 and RB1100AHx4 connected as a bridge with RB2011. I format HDD and enable proxy but that is not working.

Bear in mind is it not possible to transparently proxying https traffic, which accounts for the majority of web traffic nowadays.
Don’t forget , the proxy on mikrotik it is not compiled to use multi core…
So if you use proxy the performance is very poor.
