I want my users can access to the internet, only by web-proxy
But web-proxy package (v3.20) not support HTTPS requests.
What is solve for this problem?

Configured as a normal proxy it does support https (Just verified with my home router running 3.20).
Transparent proxies will never support https as it simply breaks the security of the protocol.
https through a normal Mikrotik proxy with a parent proxy defined should work but is broken in 3.20. Will be fixed in 3.21 (I’ve verified with a beta from Mikrotik). Search this forum for the details if you’re interested.
